It started with Marcus Molinari’s aka @MDMolinari (a friend of Adam and Katy Perry) tweet about Adam Lambert being single.
Then spread on twitter.
Then the numbers of articles begin to hit the blogsphere. Here are the most important headlines:
Adam Lambert and Drake LaBry are over.
A source confirms to Usmagazine.com that the American Idol runner-up, 27, and the interior designer, 24, have ended their relationship.
“They’re still friends, and it’s totally mutual,” the source tells Us. “They will still talk and see each other.”
And there’s very little drama behind the split, the pal says. It’s all about timing — and Lambert’s on-the-launchpad career.
On the 11/3/2009 during his interview with gettyimages on the black carpet, Adam confirmed his single status:
Q: You’re enjoying a single life now…
Adam Lambert: (laughing) Yeah.
Q: Are you dating?
Adam Lambert: No, I’m working really hard right now, so …you know….
Are you keeping in touch with Drake?
Adam Lambert: Yeah, yeah, we’re good friends.

Adam Lambert: No, playing solo. My date is my jacket actually (laugh). Rock and Republic
Then, next day, another article one has been published – again on US Magazine:
Adam Lambert is already on the rebound!
Three days after Usmagazine.com reported that the American Idol runner-up, 27, split from interior designer boyfriend Drake LaBry, 24, he told Us he’s “cool” being single.
In fact, when his debut album, For Your Entertainment, comes out on Nov. 23, he plans to promote not only his music, but also himself.
“I will date on tour,” Lambert told Us at the 2012 premiere in L.A. Tuesday.
The singer — who came out to the public in Rolling Stone this past June — told Us he is looking for someone who is “intelligent” and has “creativity and compassion.”
Still, he has no ill will for his ex, whom he still says is a “very good friend” after their mutual decision to end the relationship.
“I don’t really feel like there were any mistakes made,” he told Us. “I feel like things evolved. Sometimes you’re on the same page with somebody, and sometimes you have to get off that page and on to another one.”
And finally, the blogs and other ‘sources’ began to suggest that Adam’s new boyfriend is Ferras Alqaisi aka @OhFerras, with whom (among others) Adam spent his Halloween party.
So far, there is no confirmation from Adam himself nor from his friends who have been a great connectors and PR agents for him in the recent time.
As far as Adam’s fans,the majority is clearly against the press’ diving into the personal details from Adam’s life, however from another side, the buzz around his person is almost CONSTANT which in his current situation is never (?) a bad thing….

Since yesterday, some of Adam’s friends begin to tweet about his debut album, ‘For Your Entertainment’. Apparently they – (lucky b!tches!!!) – have just heard it.

Kris Allen tells about his view on Adam Lambert and his rising fame vs. Kris’ own.
The article is titled: `Idol’ winner stays humble and this is exactly what Kris does.

For the casual American Idol watcher, we’ll save you some trouble. Adam Lambert did not win Season 8. Kris Allen did.
But it’s runner-up Lambert — a proudly out-of-the-closet singer who doesn’t shy away from eye liner or paparazzi — who’s stealing all the attention.
Allen, 24, is OK with that. More or less.
“Here’s the thing. Adam’s a little more — OK, let’s say, lot more — controversial than I am, and the press wants him more right now,” says the singer-guitarist. “That’s fine with me. I’m happy for him. He is who he is, and I am who I am. If people want to put me on a cover of a magazine, then cool.”
This article has for some reason made some controversies as some of Adam’s fans interpreted that Kris is jealous because of Adam’s popularity, but to me after reading it it is quite clear that it was mostly journalist’s implication and interpretation than Kris’ own.

Once we are back in time to the AMAs – same day (13th of October 2009) Adam Lambert has been spotted with Drake LaBry shopping in 7/11 and kissing in the car.

Coming out of the closet as a gay in an interview with Rolling Stone back in June, Adam Lambert makes no attempt to hide his affection toward boyfriend Drake LaBry. On Tuesday night, October 13 the singer was caught on camera locking lips with the interior designer in the front seat of a car. The same-sex lovers were enjoying a night outing in Los Angeles when the picture, available for peek at Celebrity Mania, was taken. After the kissing scene, the pair then headed for 7-Eleven store for some food. Inside, they ran into singer Brandy. Later that night, Adam and Drake hit the 5th Anniversary Party of Star Magazine at Bardot. They were all smile during the night date.
The site calls Adam and Drake ‘the same-sex lovers‘, which I personally find a VERY awkward description….
Anyway, it is clear from the video below that Adam and Drake sealed the evening with the kiss which looked like a clear STATEMENT of their affection served consciously on a plate to people from TMZ and others photographers hungry for sensation.
As we know by now, the Details magazine photosession was already made, which gives a completely new meaning to the context of this whole story.
Surprisingly, the coverage of Adam/Drake’s kiss hasn’t been as big as the coverage of Details’ in the mainstream media channels….

Adam Lambert, playfully kissing his beau Drake LaBry’s neck during Pink’s concert at L.A.’s Staples Center. The American Idol runner-up also jumped to his feet and danced to her hit “Don’t Let Me Get Me” and pulled LaBry up to dance to “Get This Party Started.” Lambert also gave Pink, who soldiered through her show despite her separated shoulder, a standing ovation after she played Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
