John Cusack and Amanda Peet from ‘2012′ about Adam Lambert to mtv.com

5 most miraculous things about Adam Lambert’s ‘Time For Miracles’ video – irony by buzzworthy/mtv.com

Buzzworthy blog of mtv.com has published a bit ironic piece about Adam Lambert and the video ‘Time For Miracles’ (published on Nov 3, 2009), written by Chris Ryan.
Personally and honestly I think that this piece of blog post was produced only with aim to include the name of ADAM LAMBERT 6 times in the article…

10

1. ADAM LAMBERT HAS TIME TO COORDINATE: On the day the day the world ends, Adam Lambert still has time to dress up like Judd Nelson’s character from the Breakfast Club! “No, Dad! What about you!” You’ve got to hand it to anyone who takes the time, when all is falling down around him, to perfectly match his eye makeup to his weathered Docs.

2. ADAM LAMBERT HAS GRACE UNDER FIRE: It’s miraculous that Lambert keeps his cool. My man is STROLLING through some everything-must-go pandemonium. This is the kind of grace under fire (literally) that served him so well on Idol. After the apocalypse, a leader will rise; a confident man capable of singing in the face of total destruction. That man is Adam Lambert.

3. ADAM LAMBERT HAS STICK-TO-IT-NESS: He “ain’t giving up on love.” Dude! There are cars FALLING OUT OF THE SKY. Trust me, you can feel free to not give up on love, but there won’t be anyone left to love because they will all be a.) dead, or b.) running from the falling cars (and meteors and tidal waves). Nothing comes between Adam Lambert and love.

4. ADAM LAMBERT HAS A KEEN SENSE OF URBAN NAVIGATION: Adam Lambert sure has a (dare I say it… yes, I dare) miraculous sense of which skyscraper to sing from. Of all the skyscrapers that crumble, crash, and fall in his “Time For Miracles” video (among the dozens which must also bite it in the film itself), Lambert is on the one that remains strong. They should rename it Lambert Tower. And by “they,” I mean the five people on Earth left alive after all this mayhem.

5. ADAM LAMBERT VISITS ONLY CLEAN CITIES: The cleanliness of the streets, post-apocalypse. Um, I’m from Philadelphia. I think we only just cleaned up the trash and detritus from last year’s World Series celebrations. No way this city cleans up all the craziness in the time-span of a music video.

Michael Slezak about Adam Lambert/Lady GaGa collaboration + results of the poll so far – by EW.com

adam gaga

Michael Slezak aka @EWMichaelSlezak from EW.com made an article about the collaboration between Adam Lambert and Lady Gaga, published just after Adam tweeted about it (on 20 Oct 2009).

I’m wondering which artist gets the biggest career boost from this collaboration (even though it sounds like Gaga was only working behind the scenes, and not actually performing a duet with Adam)? On paper, the balance of power is a no-brainer: Runner-up from a televised singing contest that’s produced as many Katharine McPhees as it has Kelly Clarksons teams up with a woman whose singles have been a fixture in the Top 10 (”Paparazzi” is currently No. 7) for the last year and whose album remains at No. 27 on Billboard’s Hot 200 after 50 weeks on the chart.
And yet, maybe it’s not that simple. For all her chart success and blogosphere buzz, it seems as though Lady Gaga has morphed into a celebrity that a lot of folks love to hate. While I couldn’t stop giggling every time I caught sight of her fanciful “bird’s nest accouterment” (pictured) at last month’s VMAs, an EW.com poll the following day found that 71% of our readers were sick of Gaga’s fashion hi-jinks. And I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen or heard the Lady’s name without an immediate outcry of “Lady Gag Me” or “I’m so sick of her face!” So maybe the equation is more like this: “Beleaguered diva whose backlash is threatening to drown out the sound of her ubiquitous radio hits latches on to up-and-coming star with hotly anticipated album and seemingly endless media good will.”

Michael also made a poll where he tries to find out, who – according to the readers – will benefit the most from this collaboration.
The results as per today (26th Oct 2009) are as per below and they are actually quite interesting…:

The fragment of the song ‘Live The Life’ made in collaboration with J.Scott G. and Adam Lambert has leaked on youtube for few days ago.
According to J. Scott G. himself, the release of the fragment of his song was not intentional and not made by himself. He confirmed his position in the series of tweets sent today from his twitter account:

Apparently – I live in Germany.
And I basically don’t watch TV – and especially the reality shows. (The German Super Star does not say much to me).
The American Idol season 7 draw my attention for a while because of David Cook singing ‘Billie Jean’.
And this year, precisely around mid April, one of my closest twitter friends mentioned the name of Adam Lambert. Curious, as always, I took a look at the americanidol.com site…
The rest you may imagine yourself (if you’re Adam’s fan). ..
I started to watch videos with Adam’s performances again and again – and indeed, just like Paula Abdul mentioned during one of the shows – like a live-concert.

After the US nation voted, hit by an impulse I’ve started this site primarily in order to keep myself updated with the recent news, comments and videos about Adam – instead of spending hours and hours of searching at the Web for the links that I soon would loose again.

Adam is a great inspiration to me not only as a wonderful entertainer and widely talented performer.
But he is also an inspiration as a human being thanks to his outstanding personality, his dignity and his fearlessness.
And finally, the process of becoming a worldwide star is very interesting to me.
As there is no doubt that Adam is on his way to become one…

Anyway, I will keep this site updated every day and hope many others would have joy of it as I do.
The purpose of it is to keep track of the most important (as there is no way I can keep track of them ALL) and interesting media input about Adam Lambert and preserving them at one place – Mr-L.org.
In case you may have any more links/ articles/videos /broadcasts to be included at the site, please let me know – and thanks in advance for that!
I am also interesting in exchanging links with any other Adam Lambert sites in the name of love (for Adam). As we are all ‘One’ at the very end…

You are also welcome to come by and say hello to the box below.
All the best
MrsAlex
