Recently, starpulse.com made an interview with Bill Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel, where he was asked about his own vs. Adam Lambert’s look. The question is ridiculous, but Bill’s answer is ..yeah, – quite logical…
Bill, I like the look you have going on. Do you think Adam Lambert is trying to copy you?
BK: I don’t know, I’m not sure. I haven’t seen older pictures of him. [Haha]
Do you know who he is?
BK: Yeah, I know who he is. People have told me about that. We have that same show ["American Idol"] in Germany. I don’t know how he looked before, so I don’t know if he stole my look. Maybe he’s just wearing makeup all the time like me. I started to wear makeup when I was – I think – 12 years old, so I don’t know what his background is.
Do you have an inspiration behind the look?
BK: I really love vampires, so it started with a Halloween party and I went to it as a vampire. After that, I started wearing makeup and polish my nails and everything.

The German spelling of Tokyo is “Tokio” so it’s not spelled wrong. Idiot.

I honestly think That Adam is not copying Bill at all, he says that he is inspired by Elvis not Bill, People that don’t agree with me oh well Idgafsrngt? (i don’t give a f-ing s-h got that?), anyways who said that Tokio is spelled wrong well kid your wrong I know the band really fine.

Adam is totaly copying Bill …. I mean… Bill has that sexy emo boy look … and “mister Gaga” is just.. blah! and im not just saying that because I love Bill …

Adam has always admired Bill’s look, but he started doing his black-haired, nail polish look quite some years ago. Bill is a bit more vampire-punk looking so they still have their own individual spin on a similar theme. Adam is more about the glitter
